Oh yeah. that’s me. All day.
The true epitome of depression
I have come to the conclusion that the only real reason video games and films/television shows get blamed for violent attacks or other actions is because people are too high up on their moral pedestal to realize that just because an action or crime resembles a certain game or moment in the media does not mean that the game/film/show incited them to do it. The only conclusion anyone can come to is that the game/film/show merely gave them a different approach to the action that they were going to commit at one point or another. A game or film or show can never be blamed for the actions people commit. Those who commit the actions were going to do it whether they played a certain game or watched a certain show. The only thing that could have been affected is how it was brought about. People may be easily influenced, but a game/film/show could never influence a person to commit any heinous crimes. That is all. While on the subject however, games/shows/films come up with some brilliant ways to pull off some actions. Amazing the imagination the creators have.
